Synergen Lubricants is a Houston-area producer and supplier of premium ashless AW46 hydraulic oil, operating out of our facility in New Caney, Texas. As a division of America Clean Fuel Corp, we serve industrial operators, equipment distributors, and high-volume buyers across the Greater Houston area and throughout Texas.

Our flagship product — Synergen AW46 Ashless Hydraulic Oil — is an ISO VG 46 formulation engineered for demanding high-pressure vane, piston, and gear pump applications. It is fully zinc-free, making it safe for silver-plated components and environmentally sensitive operations, while meeting or exceeding every major OEM specification: Denison HF-0, HF-1, HF-2; Eaton Vickers M-2950-S and I-286-S; Cincinnati P-68, P-69, and P-70; Bosch Rexroth RE 07 075; DIN 51524 HLP; and ASTM D 6158-02 HM.

Unlike national distributors who ship from distant warehouses, Synergen maintains local inventory in New Caney — just northeast of Houston — so we can load same-day or next-day. There are no rail delays, no allocation queues, and no freight surprises. When you need bulk hydraulic oil in Houston, we are the closest supply node.

We offer flexible packaging — bulk tanker loads, 275-gallon IBC totes, 55-gallon steel drums, and 5-gallon pails — and a zero-capex Tank Placement Program where we install, monitor, and manage a dedicated bulk tank at your facility at no capital cost. This eliminates drum handling, reduces disposal overhead, and delivers predictable bulk pricing locked in annually.
